Active Host Providers and customers

This does not seam to cover the Active Host Providers. A number of servers and a few clients that want to perches the software from my company. Is it possible to have the company buy the software and hold the licence but let the client us it or rent it?

You are not allowed to sublease or rent any vBulletin license.

What if we included it in one of or hosting packages?

That would be a specific sales question. Each case is reviewed by our business manager, please open a sales ticket by sending your suggestion, request and explanation of your services + how you want to involve vBulletin in it to [email protected] and set the subject to : For Floris. Also link back to this thread, and I will forward it to our business manager.

Basicly, Zachery is right as we have no reseller option because fraud, piracy and scams are just too high with these type of situations.

A Phone Call

I tried calling your 877 but after 1/2 hour on hold I hung-up. Does anyone answer the phone so I can speak with them directly?

This would still be subleasing or renting the software and is not allowed under our license agreement.

I do have other options, but am intrested in your product. I think you need to consider this a little more. Not everyone is a froglet reseller, and they could help permote you product.
