    I want to purchase the Vbulletin on lease.

    Can i upgrade it on own license after 1 year ??

    It is perfectly possible, however it would cost around 160$ after one year.

      You own have 30 days after you purchased a vBulletin leased license to pay an additional 85.00 to go from leased to owned.
