There are a few third party products that do the job, however none officaly supported by jelsoft

No, at this time there is no official Gallery add-on. There are unofficial ones available at vbulletin.org.

Try refraining from double posting LoOol MaN.

You'll need to use Impex in order to import your IPB stuff. There are two import scripts currently available.
