Need help on renewing licence

    Need help on renewing licence

    Hi,

    I'd like to renew my licence but I do not have ANY details available (login, password nor mail) except from the licence number that I can find in my current init.php

    Can you help me on this? I already contacted vbulletin by mail but had no response yet and I''m in a bit of hurry, I have the forum down waitting to upgrade init.php to protect if ftrom being exloited and then to update it to 3.0.5 (currently 3.0.1)

    I would say to contact [email protected] and give them any details you may have with the problem you are currently having. You are probably coming up unlicenced on these forums as well, to receive support here please enter your email at:

      Hi,

      Already contacted by mail but no answer (about 5 hours ago; It's now 3:37 AM, I mailed at about 21:00 PM); as for the members login, I do not have any information, besides the license number on my init.php and the other vb files, that I downloaded via ftp from my host, to check inside...



      Damn hard to get the init.php update... grrr... why didn't I annoyed more the admin with this information before he went on vacation...

        That's simply not true. I've worked about 9 hours on the support tickets today and the average response time for tickets has never been over 23 minutes all day.

        What is your issueid number (the one from the automated email response you should have received)?

          hi,

          I must have made things the wrong way, 'cause I first user a old mail asking for licensing info. to contact you (vbulletin); the response took ~ 8 hours, I assume because the SID (261373-5239b871) was from the former request :S (my fault)

          Then I used the form for info (the one available when we don't have mail or login details) and for that ticket the response took ~ 1.5 hours (SID-262401-897eea3e)



          No big harm down.. now I just need my home banking site to start working.... grrr... everything seems to go wrong tonight.... 5:26 AM and still trying to fix this


          (who found out the explooit anyway )

            1st ticket - Floris responded in exactly 58 minutes.

            2nd ticket - I responded in 1 hour 27 minutes. This was the very first ticket I answered when I got up this morning. I would have been quicker if I didn't have to sleep.

            Either way, both are a far cry from 5 hours as you previously stated.
