Considering switching heavily modded phpBB2 board

I have a heavily modded phpBB2 forum. I really like the AdminCP and UserCP features with VB 3. I can get something similar using a popular phpBB mod but it wreaks havoc on heavily modded boards and conflicts with certain other mods.

I am most concerned about our photo gallery that is built using the Smartor Photo Album mod for phpBB. Is there a mod or add-on for VB 3 that could import the Smartor Photo Album?

There is no importer because we don't have a simialr function. You can try asking over at vbulletin.org for help writing a custom script to do this.
