When I first purchased my leased vBulletin license, I used a, I think it is called a PayPal 'balance transfer', transfer of funds already in PayPal account.

Now I am beginning to more and more use PayPal echeck.

When I purchased hosting, and purchased clientexec, they allowed me to have access to whatever it was I purchased once they recieved notice of the pending echeck (it can't do insufficent funds as my bank charges me $30 per insufficent funds item).

Does jelsoft do the same?

I am planning on purchasing two more leased licenses in the near future.
