Couple questions before I purchase

I have a phpnuke site with invision powerboard integrated. I would like to import to vBulletin all users and posts from the IPB(no table changes), is ipb 1.3.1F import to vBulletin possible right now?

I need more then just vBulletin, is there a CMS like postnuke or something else that has a successful integration of the latest vBulletin? if so, provide link please.

As long as the IPB tables remain intact and unmoidified by phpnuke i dont see any problems.
