How easy will this be?

Hi, I hope you can help. My main requirements for a forum are:

1. The ability to have a forum currency, so people get points for posts.
2. The ability to install a betting module so people can gamble their points on games or real events.
3. The ability to add a shop module in so that users can buy stuff.

PHPBB allows all of the above. Does vBulletin?

phpBB doesn't do anything by default; you can do the above features with hacks. Similarly, you can do the same with vB.

Yes. It will be able to index all posts that a Guest can read.
