  • Windows or Linux for routine vb use??

If my ISP offers PHP and MySQL on both Windows and Linux boxes. Any suggestions on which to use? I'm a capable Windows programmer and user and want to minimize the amount of work to install and administer vb.

My vb site will be for a small number of users and not much traffic, boring front end screen. (This is a personal, not a commericial site.) I don't plan on doing much (if any) customizing. I'm familiar with the Linux/Windows wars (a la Groklaw) but, I'm more interested in what would be easiest for a Windows-guy like me to install and administer.

Is either one of them running PHP as CGI? If so, I would choose the other one.
