vB will be available to you seconds after paying if you pay via PayPal. If you plan on using another way, say so and I can find out how long for that.

If you buy with a creditcard it will take some time for the order to be processed, once its approved you will recive an email confirming it with your login details.
If you use paypal, you should recive your email almost instantly.
Other methods like wiretransfer and money orders take abit more time.Comment

I do advice to post your issues in the public so others can benefit from them too rather then contacting users in private. If you think certain issues should be dealth with in priviate please use the member area > support ticket system to share details so your user/pass and other details aren't shared with non-staff members.
End-users can't see which other member on the site here is licensed or not, and would be a shame to give access to unlicensed members who then rip your site to get a free vbulletin.
