  • another importer question for VB version 2

I downloaded and installed Vbulletin version 2 successfully. I unzipped and uploaded the {importers} folder the main forum directory. The imports folder does have all the .php files. When I go to my admin panel it and click the import button. It just has a scroll bar and doesn't say anything else. What am I doing wrong? Also, if one of the Vbulletin staff people want to take a look in my admin panel to see what I'm talking about just give me a shout.

I was going to post this in the troubleshooting forums below, but it says I don't have access.

    Thanks to all,

To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...t_priority.php

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

If you still have problems after doing this, send an email to [email protected]. Please include your user name, the email address you registered with and your customer number so we can fix the problem.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.
