Well I'm new here, I being reading for the last three days about vbulletin and looking at all the features this forum have, I being running a forum for two years using phpbb and after just three days I came to the conclution that this was the best choice and I hope it is , I liked so much what I found in my research about this forum that I decided to own the license, the only problem I found is that my forum site's language is spanish and that I will have to export the database from phpbb, but I believe those are small problems when I compared them to all I will get with vbulletin. I'm so anxious to try vbulletin that I can wait no longer , I just purchased the license 30 minutes ago and I know that it could take 24 hours to verify a credit card order but I hope it will take less than two hours .

Now I'm sad

I just received an email from vbulletin that my purchase has been cancelled, because of heavy fraud with credit cards, I will like to know if there is any way to confirm that I'm honest buyer and continue with my purchase, I don't want to send a check to U.K. to purchase vbulletin it will take to much time and I really need it as fast as I can get it, for a wire transfer I will have to pay at least 30 dollars, a 160 purchase is getting close to a 200 purchase, it doesn't makes sense to me, and Pay Pal for some reason is not available for the Republic of Panama. Please help!!
