Whoa! I got a pop-up

Today, just a few minutes ago, when I accessed the vBulletin Index I got a pop-up ad. I have nothing installed on my computer that would have displayed this pop-up ad (To my knowledge...). I have no toolbars or anything. Im running MSIE on Win 98.

There aren't any pop-up ads on this site... There must be something on your computer causing it.

Some websites have pop-outs,
when you leave a website you get a pop up.

Yes, I found out thats what it was, a pop-out. My computer at work is running Win 98, my home computers are running Win 98 and XP.
