No ticket response because of timezone

    So around 20 hours ago i bought vB cloud, it was 1 am and i went to bed immediately after purchase.

    Today i woke up around 9 am, and i saw that i received a email about purchase verification/review, and that i had to reply to the ticket.

    I did that immediately, but now it has been 5-6 PM (still no reply) and the ticket says its 8-9 AM for a message i sent around 30 min ago, but this is taking a BIT long (maybe im a bit impatient xD) and my small community is waiting and i have alot to do for setup!

    So is there someone else available to review?

    Payment reviews are carried out by our Sales team who are office based. They'll be done within office hours (Pacific time).

    - Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
    - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)
