Forgot Login, Forgot Password - now what???

in 2015, we had over 500,000+ members on our vbulletin forum WorldSexGuide . com

people that ran our website forum are long gone.

and now i want to restore the vbulletin forum but do not have the login and password

i emailed sales
got no response.
I emailed support
got no response

if you can give me the login email, I can probably reset the password if the email is registered at worldsexguide .com

someone please help me restore the forum.

If you've emailed us from an email address that's not in our system, then you will get an automated "confirmation" response sent to you. You need to click that link for your original email to be released to our Ticket system. Did you receive that and click the link in that email? If not, check your spam folder.

Just used the online form and also resent the email to support and sales at vbulletin.

I did not receive automated confirmation message link.
Checked spam and junk.
nothing received.
