Posting Pics in Reply (not as attachment)

Is there a way to post pictures so they display directly in the body of the reply, rather than as a small attachment at the bottom of the reply?

If NOT, I'm assuming we must use a third party like Imgur or Photobucket to host and link the picture.

ETA: Might have missed this in the online manual. Could not find an answer to this question. Thanks

If you choose the size of attachment small, medium, large, full-size. They can be posted in the main reply, rather than just attached at the bottom.

Upload as "Attachment" and then click one of the size links to the right of the images. It will be inserted at the cursor point. You can also click on the "Insert Image" button in the editor toolbar. It has a standard image icon of a little sun and some mountains.

If you decide you don't like the settings or size you choose when originally inserting an image, double click on it to change them. You can also float images to the left or right if you want text to float around it. You can also resize with the drag handle that appears on the image when hovering over it.
