Will do, if rebuilding search index (as suggested above) will not work.

Also filters which are broken: Replies, Members, Relevance

In Member List it can be easily checked on this forum. For instance: Last Visit.

The sphinx index got broken last weekend by a sphinx upgrade - I have rebuilt it, so it should be fine now.

Will look into it. Actually looks like the index needs to be rebuilt.

    Search broken?

I don't know if its just me or not but search feature does not seem to work ok

I check with Seach inputbox, advanced search with different keywords but most return "There are no results that meet this criteria." and other return very few results that they should be returning.

    Eg. try these:
    header_toolbar
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/searc..._toolbar%22%7D
It returns 0 results altough google finds a couple of posts with that keyword, eg
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...to-head-banner

    http500
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/searc...2http500%22%7D
0 results, yet there is again a post here:
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...http500-issues

    Umlaute
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/searc...2Umlaute%22%7D
    0 results, despite this post:
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...-upgrade-5-1-8

You can even try very common keywords like "template" or "ckeditor" they return very few results like "4" which is impossible

I don't know if its a bug or search index needs recompiling but atm search seems to be broken and its really a pain to search in a specific forum like "vb5 support" by using google.
