When I want to start login get me this error.

have you tried going directly to https://members.vbulletin.com and using your customer number and password? Maybe you're trying an incorrect email address.Translations provided by Google.

We're aware some customers are having problems logging in and resetting their passwords. We're working on resolving this issue ASAP.

We understand, the support staff are not happy about it either

I've also been having issues accessing the member's area, but I really came here to say that the light blue on white/light grey background of the member's area is certainly not helping the readability factor. Hurts the eyes even.

I'm having the same problem... It isn't recognizing my email/customer number/password on any of the login screens (new or old) - Considering that this information is taken from my 'master' list of all licenses I hold, and has been the same for the last 7 years of operating my forums - the support I've had in the support ticket isn't exactly stellar.
Considering that I paid $285 about 18 months ago (I can't remember, but not too long anyway!) to go from 3.x to 4.x only to give them another $200+ after only two revisions - I would have thought support would be a bit better at helping me get access to the members' area... As I said in my ticket (which has yet to be updated):
I can't believe that this has taken so bloody long, if my login for my bank account doesn't work it takes 5 minutes with their customer support to regain access, this is account access for a *service* I bought, twice! A little help would be appreciated!
