    check your junk mail folders. I know you have looked before but sometimes email providers will consider this sort of thing as junk.

    If you are not a current customer and you send an email to our support system, there is an automated response that verifies you're not sending spam. It includes a link to verify. After that the email will appear in our system. The outgoing email looks like this:

    Hi

    I emailed my request to linked my my Forum ID, which used to be working before I stop renewing vBulletin.

    I just renewed it and also follow the instruction to linked the forum ID and also email to [email protected] but no re-ply, not even an automated reply.
