Change username. Who to ask for ?

Hi. I subscribed to this forum about three months ago.
After some day I found vb.org but I wasn't able to use the same username as there was a minimum length limitation wasn't here.

Now, after +300 posts here & there, I would unify my username as I often make remote referrals from a forum to another ... so I wouldn't create confusion for a different poster about the same argument.

Who's the Admin/Mod here able to make the change?
Who should I PM without spamming him ?
