don't know where to post this so if it's in the wrong place mods please move it. i bought Carbon Fiber style from vb4styles.com on November 19th and they were suppose to keep up with the vbulletin upgrades. They haven't upgraded it since vb 4.0.6 and other people were beginning to complain about it. Me being a customer replied to one of the posts expressed my dis content with them not updating their styles even though they are advertising as having their styles for vb styles 4.1.0. I was banned for it and can't download updates if there will ever be any. I have started a claim with paypal so will see if I get my $24.99US back. I don't really care about that but I hope by making this post that nobody else will go there and get scammed by them. Cheers

Abusing customers warrants a chargeback or refund.
They could've simply issues blanket statements about having been working on updating themes, or outright having goten out of the business, like skinbox had the decency to do (providing reimbursements to customers who feel they didnt get enough value from them).

I really wouldn't want to be a skin developer for vb4 over the last year.

I hope there are people still people working on this stuff past 4.1 where, at some point, we can hope it will get better for them.

You crack me up sometimes. Exactly what good would that achieve? We'd look at the URL, see they have a valid license then close the report. No inconvenience caused other than to someone in our Piracy team who has to waste a couple of minutes out of their day dealing with a spurious and malicious report.

Go and get 'em! If you pay and you can't play then demand that refund today! By the way you should be fine with a PayPal dispute. You have 45 days and fro mwhat the issue is you should receive an uncontested refund. Normally PayPal is great with situations like this.

there's wordpress professional theming studios that give you 15 GREAT styles for that much money with constant upgrades as well. Finding a good vB style today is not easy, as well as making one.

+ these guys scam and ban their unhappy customer. Crazy world :S
