    +1vote for this.
It would be useful to know where to post them

You are right. Most "bugs" aren't bugs, they are features!

Permission denied is a great feature!

Should requests be here or in the Bug Tracker?

Definitively, more work for the administrators and users.

started a topic Too many places to say the same thing

Too many places to say the same thing

One of the problems that I find in vBulletin.com is that there are too many places to say the same thing.

The same bug or the same request appears in several different forums, when it should be in the Bug Tracker.

I believe that this is bad both for the users and for the administrators.

    An example?
The same answers in different forums:
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...-Common-Issues
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...-Common-Issues

It demonstrates that probably the forums are not being interpreted well by the users.
