This is a know issue, already reported in JIRA and already fixed for a newer build. You will see it fixed on vB.com when they will update the 4.0.4 build installed here, and the fix will be included in the final 4.0.4 build when they will release it to everyone. -

When users go to register they get this screen but there is an error across the top how can this be fixed
