Can't login in to Member Area

    What he meant was http://members.vbulletin.com/$distributor%5Bhost_members%5D/lostpw.php?do=lostcustomerid

    which does indeed give a 404 (all new members including myself have to brows to the members.vbulletin.com and request a lost password.... as you aren't assigned one for some stupid reason until you do go through the lost password thing)

    Guys, please take the time to understand the workload and pressure these guys are under. Don't talk about "unprofessional" when they are working on making the system alot better for you, the customers...

    You should probably edit out your customer number from the first post... Think of it like your social insurance number for vbulletin.

    1) Don't post your customer number on the site
    2) Give them more than 5 minutes.
    3) Look around, they're not being very professional as of right now it seems, leaving unknown questions without even a simple "We're looking into it."

    by the way,
    the "pre-sale contact form" doesn't work, can't submit question successfully.

    And if you click "cancel" when can't login to the member area, the two links :"request lost password and request lost customer id" are incorrect.
