    That could be said about any ratings system, they can be abused, but generally the amount of abuse is small compared to genuine ratings.

    TBH, I think a feature like this would be abused and wouldn't necessarily represent the actual performance of the support team.

    While I like the idea, it's not likely that this will be added soon. At the moment others things have higher priorities.

    To be honest, I don't think it's just such a bad idea. I can tell you now that the support is 5 stars each and every time, but I guess it might be nice for the support team to see that their support work is appreciated and helpful.

    Well, that's the point. To show non-customers how good is the support here, and it might be good for people who don't understands English as all the testimonials are in English.

    Hello,

    I'd like to suggest to add a small rating bar on the support ticket system so we can rate the customer support, if it helped us or not, and it wouldn't be bad to add an average percentage, maybe on the testimonials page of all the customer support ratings in general to show non-customers how good is the vBulletin support !
