    Make 'Managing your Community' forum for licensed customers only

    Right now it is viewable to everyone, including guests - I reckon _all_ access should be limited to licensed customers only.

              As a sales point, it should be visible to guests, but I can agree, licensed members should be the only one posting. To my knowledge this is the case.
