Missing API pages

Some links in the API section have become broken. For example, Functions|fetch_foruminfo currently brings up a 404.

Try it again, as it seem to work fine when I find and cllick that link in tree.

Returns an array containing info for the specified forum, or false if forum is not found

mixed fetch_foruminfo (integer &$forumid, [boolean $usecache = true])
integer &$forumid: (ref) Forum ID
boolean $usecache: Whether or not to return the result from the forumcache if it exists
