Lost Password Email not being sent?

I get the email with the link to reset the password, but then i click on that and it says a new password has been sent to my email address, but no email shows up... i've gone through the process twice now and not gotten an email either time...

is there another way i can go about this?

Edit: This is for my members area password, not forum password

I have mailed a new password to your address on the account. Please check if you get that now, if not, let me know. And I will ask the devs to look at the log files to see why your server perhaps bounces the mail.
