Ok. I tested this outside my office network and it worked fine.. looks like it's "THE MAN" keeping me down.. Sorry for this useless thread.

BTW - I just attempted to Download these same files via a MacPro (previously I was on a Windows XP system), and again I was unable to download Level 2.
It's either my network (office system) or your server that sends the files is having serving issues.

Unable to download the software?
Usually I have no problems with downloading vbulletin's software, but today I'm trying to download "3.6.8 Patch Level 2" - Entire package OR without graphics. The download starts, but after about 75% of the file is downloaded I get the following message.
"Internet Explorer cannot download ... Patch_Level_2_68841***.zip from members.vbulletin.com
The connection with the server was reset.
[ok button]
I've tried downloading this from IE and Firefox.. both instances it gets about 75% of the file and suddenly stops downloading.
Please advise.

Not sure whether this belongs in the vB 5 part of the forum or the vB 4 one. The problem seems to be related to both versions.
