    I've never waited long for support to reply but my questions have been pretty easy to answer (User error!). 3 hours in reality for a large organisation such as vB is not long at all.

    You can't beat vB support, they do get back to you when they can and always have a fix for a problem ;-)

    You should give support staff at least 24 hours not 30 minutes before complaining . There are other customers that posted before you which is why you have to wait.

    What is listed is an average response time. This is what it says on the home page:
    Please note this is NOT a guarantee that every ticket will be responded to in this time frame. It's only an average. Some problems are far more complicated and require more time to resolve.
    We work as fast as we can to get everything resolved in a timely manner.

    waiting for support..

    I have been waiting around 3 hours on my support ticket.. I thought support was only suppose to take 30 minutes max.
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
