    I tested it again (with this thread). The icon turns red, but I can't use it.

    When in the main reply page, just below the message area and above the post icons there is a text link that says that you have selected a post that is not in this thread and gives you a link for quoting it, and one for discarding it.

    then click on the post reply button below a thread to go to newreply with the quotes
    I just made a multiquote from the vB 3.6.5 release,
    It's a closed thread, and also in a forum I can't post it.

    But it should be possible to quote it on another spot, shouldn't it?

    Select the multiple posts to quote, then click on the post reply button below a thread to go to newreply with the quotes.

    I just made a multiquote from the vB 3.6.5 release, but now I don't have the abbility to add it anywhere. Can somebody help?
