  • Support Tickets - Better Access

Right now, you have to do a few clicks to get you to the support tickets section. Instead, why not have the last 5 (10?) tickets (ordered by last reply) in the index. It'll probably look something like:

Probably because each ticket is private.

Umm... I'm talking about only the current client's tickets.

You probably should have specified that, then.

All the tickets are private, each mail turns into a ticket, moved to the appropiate category and dealth with by a staff member.
I think the above suggestion looks great and definitly worth to mention to the site developer(s). I will point this thread out to them.

            Sounds good.

Another thing is for Staff Members (do they have a Staff Area or something?) to show the 'Last 5 Support Tickets Assigned to You' and 'Last 5 Tickets Not Assigned'.

In the support area, open tickets are organized in this order:

              Flagged tickets (open or closed)
              Your tickets
              Unassigned tickets
              Other staff tickets

How about a tour or screenshot or even your username and password while we are at it

Yes, that when the developers decide to make updates to the site they will review this suggestion and decide to use it or not. We of course have no eta on this, nor can we promise we will make any suggested changes.
