    I am posting here because I cant seem to get seen anywhere else. I tried to get through all day today to support and was finally able to get to wayne. I replied back to him online but have had only 1 response.
    I called vbulletin after returning home from the office and gave ELSA my customer number as well as the license number you guys sent. They will not patch me through to support. They said my license number was wrong. This is getting really frustrating. It is now 5:38pm CST and my site has been down since 7am CST. I feel that am getting almost no support even though I purchased support so I would get help. Not frustrated.

    What's your question? Have you tried filling out a suppport ticket? I'm a bit confused what the issue is.
