Order of Forums

Just a note to say that the order of forums in the 3.5 category are different from the 3.0 category and vbulletin2 category. All it is is that the installation and upgrade forum should be above the troublshooting one as this is how it is in the 3.0 section and vbulletin 2 section.

The new order does make more sense though. After all, troubleshooting will be used more often then install/upgrade...
