Contact us goes to the history of support tickets and a new support ticket form.

Do you guys think it is possible to add a "Go to the Support Tickets Area" in the main body of the members' area (where the licenses are, and lciense id etc etc)?

OR

Something like: "Your Last 5 Support Tickets" (I'd prefer this one :P)
