  • Will VBulletin work in my Computer...

... just like when It's istalled on a (online) hosting???

I still didn't decide which Host to use so I would like to simulate a forum on my own computer for few days ( like posting, add/delete info or change some settings) before putting it online.

Yes it will, as long as you have installed a webserver and mysql.

One of the easy ways is XAMPP...

    http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html

That will install everything you need to run the software.

You just unzip the files, it creates a directory called apachefriends on your c: drive, then you double-click on the 'setup_xammp.bat' file. That it for the setup.

The readme_en.txt contains a couple of tips, but nothing important.
