60 second posting limit?

Isn't this a bit strict? How about something like 30 seconds, like what the default of vBulletin is normally? Just a thought anyhow, I don't see how 60 seconds would really help stop spamming but instead aggravate those who are actually trying to make thoughtful posts but just type and think fast
