Privacy and notification

I am thinking about using Project Tools but have a few questions I can't seem to find the answer to:

1) In posting a new issue, if you want to make it private, how do you get other members to be part of that issue...there is absolutely now information about this on the FAQ (or at least info easy to find)? I know it has in the FAQ:

If you make an issue or a reply private, only a limited selection of people will be able to see it. You should use this when discussing things of a sensitive nature, such as security or information covered by an NDA.

Only mark items private when they really must be private.

but this says nothing on who can see it or how to assign who can see it.

2) How are individuals you invite to a private notified?

3) Are members able to join an issue group?

1) You have to set this under project permissions in the Admin CP. There is an option for "Can view others' private issues/notes."

2) I'm not sure, but I don't think they are notified.

3) I don't think so, I think the only way you can do this is through the admin CP.
