Strange characters in blog

    Did you copy and paste that entry (or sections of it) from something such as Word? If so, depending on how the previous server etc. was setup, it may not have had an impact at that time but does now as it looks like certain characters aren't being read as they should be.

    I'm assuming the affected characters here are the apostrophe - ' - and quotes - " ? The easiest way here would be to replace these characters via a SQL query within phpMyAdmin.

    So what are the problems with this upgrade if there was one?
    The forum seems fine, just the blog is strange.

    All I know is the ISP have changed things without telling me.
    They have upgraded their software for sure but I do not know if they changed servers.

    I seem to have strange characters in my old blog entries.
    They were correct at some time in the past.
    For example it reads:

    Manning’s paper “Mathematics
