I give up - I can't find it anywhere on 'my blog.' I just want to test it out, to see if the blog system will work out for a different purpose for me. If we're not actually allowed to use it, is there a test blog somewhere that we can mess around with? Thanks!

They can create their own blog style as per these usergroup settings:
Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Blog Styling PermissionsSteve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
