Yep, that should have been the first thing we asked you to check.

    Seriously?

If any one has this problem in the future, this could be the solution:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> External Data Provider -> Enable RSS Syndication

Kinda thought this kind of simple info could come from this forum without having to put in a ticket but I know it's hard to know everything.

    Hope this helps someone else.

    uninformed

sorry, but i dont fully understand how this all works and if you could explain it to me that would be great.

All i am trying to do is find a fix for why their is no rss feed produced from my blog entries.

So far i have been given a sheet of possible causes for white pages which we have gone through to no avail.

shouldn't the blog program generate an rss feed from my blog? where is the feed created and i'm sorry i don't know anything about this stuff and my webmaster doesn't have an idea of how to proceed....

So far the only alleged RSS feed you provided is not a feed at all.

I'm writing here with second hand info but we are trying to find some reason why we can't view any rss feed.

We have gone through the sheet from #4 and still have no solution.
So i guess we are grasping at straws....

No, that is not a valid RSS feed. What are you trying to do exactly?

this is the file on the server we think writes the feed.

    http://www.grahamgolfschool.com/forum/includes/xml/product-vbblog.xml

plug in import feature shows this file:

    This indicates includes/xml/product.xml

havent been able to overwrite. could this be the problem?

No, I'm just trying anything I can think of to get an rss feed that someone else can subscribe to from the blog I purchased. So far, I haven't been able to do this.

    Getting frustrated.

I'm assuming you're trying to get a feed from your own Blog onto your forum? If so, try following this from vb.org:

Yes, I already knew the blogs were public. That is why I posted what I did no post #4.

That error is either from a bad feed or it's a server issue. What's the feed?
