Aye, a couple of my bloggers have complained about that!

That for a single blog. Where do I change it globally?

    forums/blog_usercp.php?do=customize

under Comment Content Area (Comment Posted by Entry Owner)

change background color and or background image.

However I am having a problem adding a background image. Do I just add the url in? because nothing is being added when I press preview.
