How to set Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters of Blog List

Please help! I use non-English language and have problem of displaying the Blog title(Last post) when select "Blog List" at the Nav Bar. I can solve this problem of vBulletin by set at "Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters" in "Forum Listing Display Options" but I can not find how to set in Blog. Thank You.
