Move a Blog to a Different Blog Category?

How does one move a blog from "uncategorized" to a another category?

From prior posts here, it appears there should be an option so that when one edits a blog, a move option is in the Additional Options section. I see that for my own blog but I don't see anything when I try to edit a user's blog.

Please advise how to move a user's blog?

There is an option when you are editing a blog entry. Just mark a category you want the blog to be in.

Thanks for your reply. I see that option if I edit my own blog but if I edit a user's blog entry, that option isn't listed. Am I missing something?
