Single person cannot comment on his own blog

One user cannot comment on his own blog. He can comment on others.

I have checked the allow comment boxes on his account and others can comment on his blog. He cannot comment on his on blog, which means he cannot reply to anyone that comments to him.

Check the 'Can Post Comments to Own Blog' permission of the usergroups he's in.
