All the comments that contains a link needs to be approved by entry owner or a moderator in the blogs. Even the comment owner is an admin we have the same issue. I checked all settings but unfortunately i couldn't find any setting that i can disable this option. Did i miss the setting or if there isn't any can you make a one for future versions.

I went to Message Posting and Editing Options and changed:
Topic Comment Posting
Enable this option to allow user post comments besides replies on topics.
