remove blog link from navbar

There should be an option to disable the link. Removing the hook would also remove the project tools link. And I think this question (how to remove it) will be asked several times by people with custom skins.

I have two rows of navbar links, I had to move some stuff to the other one for the blogs/projects links to fit.

Following Freddie's advice won't remove the project tools link. That's a completely different template (pt_navbar_link).
