    Well 404 = file not found, so one of the two must be wrong...

    the files are there and i am entering the url correctly for sure :(

    You either put the files in the wrong folder or you're entering in the wrong URL in IE.

    It's a server issue, not a vBulletin issue.

    What's the error code at the very bottom of the page?

    I get this error when trying to access install.php:

    The page cannot be found
    The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    What can i do?
    Im using windows.net standard server beta 3
    iis
    latest version of mysql and php
