  • Database is not being fully backed up (3.7.4)

When I try to back up the database to a file on the server in 3.7.4 it only processes as far as the "templatehistory"

I have tried numerous times and this is as far as it goes.

Is there anything I can do to sort this problem?

Get your webhost to make you a proper backup, or if you have cPanel use it instead to do a mysql database backup.

      From the manual:
Backing Up The Database via SSH/Telnet or
Backing Up The Database via phpMyAdmin

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I have that problem on one of my large databases when I do a mySQL backup using cPanel.
You can follow Lynne's suggestion above using SSH.

I'm not comfortable with SSH so I use automysqlbackup
Although if you are using cPanel and the file is too large, you won't be able to restore.
For that I either have my host do it for me or use bigdump.php
