Database Problem?

In this quote is what I get as a Database Error, what can we do to fix this?

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.3:

I tried to back up my database and this occured, this was a few days ago.

ACP --> Maintenance --> Repair / Optimize Tables

I can't even get into my admincp. As soon as i log in it gives me the error.

You can repair your table using phpmyadmin via your hosting control panel. If you're not sure on how to do that, just ask your host.
